As soon as you walk through the doors, you will be struck by how light and spacious the centre is. Our boutique is stocked with some of the best products we can find, and our treat bar is always a hit for the K9’s!
Have a sticky beak through our viewing window and you’ll notice our light and bright indoor section divided into 5 play pens. It is hard to miss the eye-catching indoor trees, standing tall and proud, against the bright blue floors. You’ll also notice a second viewing window to the great outdoors, fully secured, on-site park. Out here you will notice more trees, open space for running as well as fun equipment to explore. During the summer months, the outside section comes alive with two bone shaped doggy pools!
Once everyone’s in, our daily exercise begins. The pens are rotated outdoors to ensure each and every dog has the opportunity to stretch their legs and play for a minimum half hour. Once back, our pups are free to play with friends, relax on the furniture and steal a hug from our team members. The morning tunes are up tempo including African, Doo Wop and Zumba to keep the energy up.
*For an additional small charge, dogs can have an added 30 minute on-lead walk
Lunchtime to early afternoon
We use music to cycle through play and quiet times throughout the day. When it’s time to unwind in the afternoon, we will play soothing classical or ambient tunes. Having some time to relax and sleep is crucial for all pups’ wellbeing throughout the day. We cannot force a dog to rest, but most will take this natural break in the day to unwind.
When everyone’s got a second wind, the groups will again head outdoors for a second time. Our goal is to get the more energetic pups to spend as much time outdoors as possible to burn off their excess physical energy. Mental stimulation is just as important, so we’ll get out our treat bags for treat time and spot training.
Most importantly, every pup will get some quality one on one time before home time!
Throughout the day the centre will be air conditioned if required, and should the temperature become too hot outdoors, playtime will be conducted inside in the afternoons.
You can also catch all the action throughout the day with regular Facebook updates and relax knowing that your dog is having an awesome time with people you can trust.
